These delicious parcels are excellent to keep in the freezer and "pop out" when you need a quick fishy treat!
Smoked Haddock is bound in a creamy sauce, encased in rich buttery puff pastry and topped with chopped herbs. Just take them straight from the freezer, into a preheated oven (180 deg c or Gas Mark 6) for about 35-40 minutes, untill the pastry is cooked. Be warned, they puff right up, so don't crowd them on the tray!
Serve with new potatoes, chantennay carrots and broccoli for a yummy dinner!
